Beginner Sewing Class--Silent Lake Serenity--Ayden November 2
Come learn to sew with us at Quilt Lizzy! This beginner class will teach you how to cut fabric and sew straight lined seams with easy borders around Northcott's Silent Lake panel. Never made a panel quilt before? We'll take the mystery out of the process. We'll show you how to
- Trim the center panel.
- Set up for accurate 1/4" seams
- Thread your machine
- Wind bobbins
- Square up as you work
By the end of class, you will have a beautiful top full of gorgeous fall colors. Finish the edges for a table cover or wall mural. You can quilt it for an autumn throw. We have the coordinating wide backing while supplies last.
Experienced sewists are also welcome. We've scheduled the day to ensure you have lots of one-on-one as you need it.
